The offer is available for Burbank SA customers who sign a New Home Estimate and make their initial payment between 1 July 2022 and 31 August 2022. The offer entitles the customer to increase their floor plan at no cost and is capped an extra 20m2 for single storey homes that are standard or modified Burbank designs, or to a maximum value of $15,000 for customised or two storey homes. Additional costs will be applied for increased floor space that exceeds the contribution allowance. This offer applies to homes selected from the Burbank Australia (SA) Pty Ltd (‘Burbank’) standard collection of homes and does not apply to any interstate Burbank home collections.
