If the customer’s selections exceed the maximum amount allowed under their selected tier, the customer must pay the additional amount at the recommended retail price or change their selections. If the customer does not reach the maximum amount allowed under their selected tier, they can spend the remaining amount at Burbank’s Edge Selection Studio during their colours and selections appointment.  Any monies not exhausted will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as discount to their building contract price. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Burbank offer and only applies to homes from Burbank’s VIC Collection.
