Terms & Conditions - Vote for Your Favourite Burbank Display Home and Win - T & Cs
1. Promotion Overview: The "Vote for Your Favourite Burbank Home and Win" promotion is organised by Burbank Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 007 099 872) CDB-U 52603. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Participants”). Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, its affiliates, and partners are not eligible to participate.
3. One Vote per participant: Participants will be permitted only one vote during the Promotional Period.
4. Promotion Period: The Promotion commences from 9am on Saturday 7th of February 2026 and ends on 5pm on Sunday the 1st of March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
To enter the Promotion, a Participant must:
a. Visit and explore the Burbank display homes located at Kinma Valley, QLD or attend the Burbank activation space at the Kinma Valley Display Village events held at Morinda Circuit, Kinma Valley, QLD on Saturday 7th and 21st of February 2026.
b. After touring both display homes or viewing the homes online via the competition entry page, the Participant must cast a vote for their favourite Burbank display home, using the touch screen available in the display homes during the Promotion Period or scan the QR code at the Display or Burbank Activation space to access the promotional landing page to cast a vote.
c. Provide their contact details as requested on the website link after submitting the vote.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that contain offensive, inappropriate, or copyright content without permission, or do not comply with these terms and conditions. Only one entry per person is allowed.
6. Prizes: Eligible Participants who complete a valid vote and complete all the steps above, will automatically enter the draw to win 1 of 2 $500 Gift Card Store Vouchers. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
7. Winner Selection: The winners will be chosen, by the Promoter’s representative, through a random draw from all eligible entries that voted for the facade with the highest number of votes during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place on Wednesday 4th of March 2026 at Burbank Head Office – 36 Aberdeen Rd, Altona VIC 3018. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry within 7 business days of the draw, and the Participant must respond within 5 days. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
9. Publicity: By entering the Promotion, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity or promotional activities as requested by the Promoter, including the use of their name and likeness for advertising purposes without additional compensation.
10. Privacy: The Promoter collects personal information from Participants for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at [https://www.burbank.com.au/nsw/terms-conditions#privacypolicy. Participants names and/or Instagram and Facebook account names may be published on the Promoter’s social media channels and website.
11. General Conditions
a. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
b. The Promoter is not responsible for:
i. any technical issues or malfunctions that may affect the entry process
ii. lost, misdirected or incomplete entries; or
iii. any injury, loss, or damage incurred by participants or third parties in connection with the Promotion or prize use.
c. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
d. By participating in this Promotion, Participants acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram and Facebook.
