The customer may choose up to four packs: Essentials, Entertaining, Spa and Comfort and apply them to their new home. The customer pays the full initial fee to Burbank Australia Pty Ltd and completes all required paperwork within 14 days. All products and specifications contained in the upgrade packs cannot be swapped, removed, or redeemed for cash. Retail Value based on the average Single Storey Tampa 33 and Double Storey, Parish 47, home base price and floorplan and is subject to variation. Should the customer elect to upgrade to a product that is not noted in any pack then the customer will need to pay the difference in price. All items are subject to availability and Burbank Australia Pty Ltd (‘Burbank’) reserves the right to substitute any listed items for the same or greater value should that item no longer be available by suppliers. All flooring (carpet, tiles and / or laminate) areas will be nominated by Burbank and area/s will vary depending on the home design chosen. Any items not listed in these packs are not included in this offer. All items apply only to the base layout of the floorplan, and any options or modifications will incur additional cost.
