It's our policy that once we issue you with your Fixed Site Costs they won’t change unless you or your Land Developer make further changes to your land, or you change the House Design, Façade, selected floor plan options, extensions, upgrades as listed on the New Home Estimate / Proposal / Final Tender at the time the site costs were issued or the change to the positioning of your home on your block of land or as directed by the engineers.
Site Costs include : Site specific concrete slab, using “proposed levels” issued by the developer and supplied to the Builder by the Owner, a re-establishment survey by licensed surveyors and cut and fill as indicated on the proposed levels.

The “Burbank Customer Review” competition is promoted by Burbank Australia Pty Ltd ABN 91 007 099 872 (“Burbank”).
To enter into the competition, entrants who have purchased a home with Burbank must submit a review of Burbank on Product Review between March 1st to May 30th, June 1st to August 31st, September 1st to November 30th, and December 1st to February 28th. By leaving a review within a given quarter, the entrant will go into the draw to win a $1,000 Prezzee E-Gift card (the "Prize"). The Prize is subject to the issuing retailer's general terms and conditions of use for the voucher.
The competition is open to all Australian citizens over 18 years of age and who have purchased a home with Burbank. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or goods. If the Prize is unavailable due to the issuing retailer, Burbank (in its discretion) reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal value and similar specification.
Incomplete, incorrect or indecipherable entries will invalidate the participant's entry into the competition.
The winners will be selected randomly and drawn at Burbank’s national head office located at 36 Aberdeen Road, Altona and the winners will be notified within three (3) business days from the draw date via email. Burbank reserves the right to ask the winner to prove their identity by seeking identification documents from them. Burbank will send the Prize to the winner by email within 30 days of notification. Burbank's decision is final and Burbank will not enter into correspondence regarding the results with other participants.

Energy saving values are an estimate only calculated by Chromagen Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 12 604 330 289) and are not to be relied upon as an exact savings amount. Customers should make their own enquiries and undertake their own due diligence before installing solar panels. The savings amounts are expressed in AUD, are correct as of January 2021 and are the values applicable to Melbourne set out in the Clean Energy Council’s PV Consumer Guide found at https://bit.ly/3IlFgik and Clean Energy Council's average daily production of a solar power system. These values are based on offsetting a $0.28 cost per kWh and assumes 100% of the solar power generated is consumed by the property, and optimal panel layout with no losses. Energy saving values can differ based on kWh costs, usage patterns, the location of the home and relevant distributor restrictions.
Burbank to plant 5,000 native trees planted by 2027 - Burbank is dedicated to planting 5,000 native trees by 2027. Burbank aims to achieve this in conjunction with their Green Partner Carbon Neutral and its Yarra Yarra Biodiversity Corridor – Plant-a-Tree Program – Australia. Offset your build offering- Burbank’s Carbon Offset Your Build program is a voluntary contribution that Burbank’s customers can elect to make. The amount will include a Goods and Services Tax (GST) component, which will not be allocated towards carbon offset projects. The amount will be calculated at the time of estimate, however the offset is subject to change in the future which may reduce the total carbon offset effect. The calculation method provides an emission estimate only and should not be relied upon as an accurate record of the actual emissions. The estimate is based on a carbon life cycle assessment benchmark average on Burbank’s best-selling homes. Equivalent estimates are derived from https://www.epa.gov/energy/greenhouse-gases-equivalenciescalculator-calculations-and-references. Burbank accepts no liability if the calculation of greenhouse gas emissions relating to your specific home build is incorrect or inaccurately reflects actual greenhouse gas emissions attributable to your home and future energy use. All calculations are based on industry standard figures, along with climate zone information specific to the region and average occupants. A homes exact lot address, orientation on the lot and inclusions within the house will vary results. While Burbank has taken reasonable care to ensure the information provided on websites and estimates relating to carbon offsetting is correct, all information is subject to change at any time without notice. Burbank reserves the right to suspend or terminate this offer at any time without notice and is subject to any applicable legislative or regulatory controls imposed now or in the future.
