12 MONTH PRICE FREEZE
Burbank is proud to offer you a 12 Month Price Freeze Guarantee.
The price freeze commences on the date you pay your Initial Deposit and gives you 12 months for your:

2. planning permit to be issued; and
3. demolition to have been completed.
If all of the above are not completed within 12 months, you will be subject to a price rise.
If your land is already separately titled, you have a planning permit (if one is required) and there is no demolition required,
the 12 Month Price Freeze does not apply, as you will receive priority status.
