Support our Not-for-profit Carbon Offset Program that removes, reduces and prevents harmful carbon emissions through a range of projects.

How it works:
We have joined forces with a leading life-cycle carbon assessor (Cerclos) to calculate the carbon footprint of each of our home builds. We then offer the opportunity to carbon offset the build when finalising your new home details. All funds then go direct into supporting our chosen Carbon Offsets Programs.

Burbank can profide options to offset the full amount of your specific house design or a portion of it.

Burbank have joined forces to become a partner of Carbon Neutral to minimise harmful business impacts. 

We are also recognised by the Master Builders Association of Victoria as a Green Living Accredited Builder. In addition, since 2010 Burbank has had an internal representative that holds a HIA GreenSmart Program Accreditation.

Through Burbank Urban, through a partnership with Frases Property undertook a townhouse project at Burwood, Melbourne where the majority of homes delivered were 7 star energy rating with a number of homes achieving 8 stars. 

From pioneering the first zero waste home by a project builder in Australia, Burbank has a long history of being ont he forefront of construction and ordering practices to minimise waste.
