A one-on-one information session

In this meeting, you will have the opportunity to discuss your budget and design requirements, as well as the time frame we will be working to moving forward. Your New Home Consultant will ask you help out with a few site related questions, to establish whether or not a knock-down rebuild is a good idea for you. Then, they’ll also discuss the impact and application of planning, if applicable to your site.

Our construction team will conduct a preliminary inspection of your site

Burbank will inspect your site as early in the piece as possible, ensuring we can build your dream home on your current land.

A chat about your finances

By attending this meeting in person, your quote can be discussed and your questions clearly answered. During this meeting, realistic allowances can also be made for items such as demolition, disconnection ofservices and all relevant site costs.

Follow up and walk-through

The Burbank door is always open. You will be invited to a follow up session to discuss the processes involved in moving forward. An invitation for a walk through is also extended, allowing you to see firsthand the excellence of our finishes and the quality that accompanies Burbank’s 30-year structural guarantee.
