At Burbank we pride ourselves on after-sales service and offer an extended 15-month maintenance period on all new homes, so you have got plenty of time to settle in and let us take care of the servicing of bits and pieces whilst you enjoy your new home. This is 12 months more than the industry standard.
The 15 months [up to 455 days] maintenance period relates to minor defects is accordance with the Building Contract. This period commences on your settlement date. It is the responsibility of the Owner to contact the Builders within this period and submit one list of any minor defects along with access for the Builder to inspect and rectify as required.
We're a family business who has been building homes since 1983. This level of experience provides us a superior understanding of what it takes to create places for people to call home and is just one of the reasons Australians have been choosing Burbank to build their dream homes since the beginning.
The Owner acknowledges and agrees that the Builder owns all copyright in all documents prepared by the Builder including but not limited to drawings and plans, designs, specifications and technical documentation.
