♦ 30 year structural guarantee applicable to deposits made from 1 February 2011. Burbank provides the original owner of the works with a 30 year structural guarantee from the date of certificate of occupancy. This structural guarantee is not transferable and not provided to any subsequent purchaser. Any structural defect caused by one or more of the following events are not included in the structural guarantee: storms, fire or flooding; trees growing near the footing system of the works; fair wear and tear; misuse or neglect by the owner; the owner’s failure to maintain the works; movement due to shrinking evidenced by minor cracking; the owner’s failure to maintain termite protection; any structural modification/s made to the existing home after handover will void the 30 year structural guarantee. The original owner acknowledges receipt of CSIRO “Foundation Maintenance& Footing Performance” information document and agrees to comply with its terms and conditions.
The 12 month price freeze commences on the date of the initial deposit date until:
1. The registration of the title (being receipt of Property Service Information) or
2. Demolition works (being receipts of Asbestos Clearance Certificate) or
3. Planning permits (being receipt of endorsed plans)
If all of the above is not completed within 12 months, Burbank is entitled to issue a price rise. If your title is registered and / or no planning and no demolition is required, the price freeze does not apply as you will receive priority status.
^The 15 Month Maintenance Pledge is only applicable to homeowners who have signed a building contract with Burbank Australia Pty Ltd (Burbank) from 1 October 2013. This offer is not applicable to homeowners who have signed a building contract with Burbank prior to 1 October 2013.

The “Burbank Customer Review” competition is promoted by Burbank Australia Pty Ltd ABN 91 007 099 872 (“Burbank”).
To enter into the competition, entrants must submit a review of Burbank on Google or Product Review between March 1st 2022 and May 31st 2022; June 1st 2022 and August 31st 2022 or September 1st 2022 and November 30th 2022, December 1st 2022 and February 28th, 2023. By entering into the competition, the entrant will go into the draw to win a $1,000 Prezzee E-Gift card. Reviews received outside these dates will be ineligible for the competition.
The competition is open to all Australian citizens over 18 years of age and who have purchased a home with Burbank. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or goods.
The winners will be selected randomly and drawn at Burbank’s national head office located at 36 Aberdeen Road, Altona and the winners will be notified within three (3) business days from the draw date. Burbank reserves the right to ask the winner to prove their identity by seeking identification documents from them.
There will be four (4) winners in total and each will receive $1,000 Prezzee E-Gift card drawn quarterly on the dates below and subject to the terms and conditions stated above:

Guaranteed site start applicable if: your land is in a new estate with roads completed and, power (underground pit), sewer point, stormwater discharge and water are available to site and ready for soil testing; your sales paperwork has been completed within 21 days; your land has less that 2 meters of fall over the entire block; you have made no customised structural changes and all options have been selected from the available selection and options lists (ie pre- set options for chosen home design); you agree you cannot make any further changes once New Home Order is signed off; no further client variations will be accepted (with the exception of electrical and colour upgrades made at Edge); you agree to be available for scheduled appointments as requested between Monday to Friday during standard business hours; you agree to return all required paperwork urgently to ensure work continues without delay; you understand the agreed balance of deposit is required at the contract signing appointment; you understand unconditional finance approval is your responsibility to provide to the builder within 30 days of contract signing date; you understand conditions that can impact on your Site Start Guarantee include the requirement of report and consent, 3rd party delays and non-compliance with any of these conditions. Site Start Guarantee cannot be offered to jobs where land isn’t available; jobs which require town planning; structurally-varied homes; homes in established areas and homes requiring demolition.
