A house and land package is where a block of land and the construction of a home is one process but two separate contracts between the land developer and your builder. Essentially you are purchasing a block of land from a land developer and at the same time selecting a builder for home design and build service.

Based on the land available in a particular suburb or land development, we select one of our stunning house designs to package and price on a specific block that is available. The homes are yet to be built so we can tailor a home to your lifestyle needs, if the home packaged on a particular block of land doesn’t suit you.
