A message from our Managing Director
To our valued customers,
I hope you and your families are keeping safe and healthy. This has certainly been a challenging time for us all as we adapt to the new ‘normal’. We have learned the value of taking care of one another, and I know I speak for many when I say we have a newfound respect for our resilient and adaptable health system and frontline workers.
After weeks isolating at home to protect ourselves and our loved ones, we are now seeing state governments around Australia beginning to responsibly lift certain restrictions, allowing us to move around more freely and resume some normality in our lives.
For some, this will provide the confidence to revisit planning for a brand-new home. The good news is you are no longer required to make an appointment to visit our display homes around the country, as we are now able to accommodate up to 10 people at one time.
Our teams are excited to get back to doing what we love in person – helping our customers plan and build their dream home. Your health and well-being remains a priority for us and we will maintain our increased levels of cleaning and sanitising, as well as ensuring ‘no contact’ visits for our customers. You won’t even have to open a door!
We will continue our range of remote communications including phone call meetings, website chat, video conferencing and digital signature capabilities for those of you who prefer to stay home. You can also experience our homes in 3D through our MyPlace 3D virtual experiences, via our Website homepage.
